group work: activities to suit work in pairs, small groups and large groups, as well as whole group activities

communication: the use of different forms of communication, e.g. visual, verbal, to enable effective teamworking

risk taking: are teams prepared to risk putting their ideas to the test and compete with other teams?

leadership: encouraging team leadership skills and delegation where necessary

enterprise thinking: practical activities to encourage pupils to ‘think outside the box’, and more creatively, to solve problems and meet challenges
